THE COMPANYWe are looking to speak with an experienced Programme Lead to take ownership of a major Technology Transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment.
This is a senior delivery-focused role for someone who has successfully led large-scale technology change across multiple workstreams, business functions and stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving programme execution, maintaining delivery momentum and ensuring that strategic transformation objectives translate into measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with senior business and technology leaders, programme teams and delivery partners, providing clear leadership across governance, planning, risk, dependencies and execution. Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex Technology Transformation programme across multiple projects and workstreams.
Provide strong leadership across programme teams, ensuring clear accountability, priorities and delivery ownership.
Own programme governance, planning, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting and escalation processes.
Manage senior business and technology stakeholders, maintaining alignment around key decisions, milestones and transformation priorities.
Drive a strong delivery culture, proactively resolving blockers and ensuring the programme delivers measurable business and technology outcomes.
Experience & Qualifications
Significant experience operating as a Programme Lead, Programme Director or Senior Programme Manager within complex organisations.
Strong background delivering large-scale Technology Transformation, Digital Transformation or Enterprise Change programmes.
Proven leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams, multiple workstreams and third-party delivery partners.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working at executive and senior leadership level.
Strong track record of delivering major technology programmes with responsibility for governance, budgets, risk, dependencies and business outcomes.
