We are looking to speak with an experienced Programme Lead to take ownership of the delivery of complex, high-profile transformation programmes within the Energy & Utilities sector.
This is a senior delivery-focused role, suited to someone who has successfully led large-scale business and technology change in complex environments. You will be responsible for driving programmes forward, providing strong leadership across multiple workstreams and ensuring that strategic objectives translate into tangible delivery outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of programme delivery, senior stakeholder management, governance and team leadership, with the ability to operate confidently across both business and technology functions. Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes across Energy & Utilities, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budgets and business outcomes.
Provide leadership and direction across multiple project teams, workstreams and delivery partners, creating clear accountability and maintaining momentum throughout the programme lifecycle.
Own programme governance, planning, reporting, risk management, dependencies and escalation processes, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear visibility of progress.
Build strong relationships with senior business, technology and operational stakeholders, influencing decision-making and aligning teams around programme priorities.
Drive a high-performance delivery culture, proactively addressing challenges, removing blockers and ensuring programmes deliver measurable and sustainable benefits.
Experience & Qualifications
Extensive experience leading large-scale programmes within complex, regulated or transformation-led environments.
Strong experience within Energy & Utilities, Infrastructure or a closely related industry, with a good understanding of the challenges facing the sector.
Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with experience operating at executive, director and programme board level.
Strong track record of delivering significant business and technology transformation programmes, with a clear focus on execution, outcomes and benefits realisation.
