We are looking to speak with an experienced PMO Lead to support the delivery of a large-scale Technology Transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment.
This is a senior, delivery-focused role for someone who can bring structure, governance and visibility across multiple technology workstreams. You will work closely with programme leadership, technology teams and senior stakeholders to ensure delivery remains on track, risks are effectively managed and there is clear oversight across the wider transformation portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience operating within complex technology programmes and will be comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities, dependencies and delivery challenges need to be managed proactively. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the PMO function across a major Technology Transformation programme, establishing strong governance, reporting and delivery standards.
Provide clear portfolio oversight across multiple projects and workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and resource planning.
Produce high-quality executive reporting and programme insights, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear visibility of delivery performance and key decisions required.
Work closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers and technology leads to identify delivery risks, remove blockers and maintain programme momentum.
Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes, governance frameworks and delivery controls, ensuring consistency across the wider transformation portfolio.
Experience & Qualifications
Significant experience working within a PMO Lead, Senior PMO Manager or Programme Governance role.
Strong background supporting large-scale Technology Transformation, Digital Transformation or IT Change programmes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively with senior technology and business leadership.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience creating structure and accountability across complex, multi-workstream programmes.
