We are a group of like-minded technical recruiters who put people at the core of everything we do. We are a nationwide-based team so if remote working & flexible working has become your norm it can stay that way. We have an office in Dublin 2 where we have access to a communal work space also, in case we feel like in person meetings.
We have really great commission structures (outlined below) and pathways for career progression.
As we are part of a wider group we get all the support of a bigger agency but the autonomy of a boutique one. This applies to our office, the services available to us such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Systems, Marketing, Contract and Finance teams as well as arguably the best benefits, really really great Christmas parties, CSR events and Sports and social events.
