The Role My client are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them on a day rate contract. This is a great opportunity for a strong PM who genuinely enjoys working in an Agile environment, not just someone who has sat through a course on it. You will be leading delivery across cross functional teams, working closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and engineering teams to keep initiatives moving and stakeholders informed.
What We Are Looking For
Solid track record as a Project Manager, ideally within insurance, healthcare or a regulated financial services environment
Strong, practical Agile experience, not just theory. You know how a healthy sprint cycle should look and can spot when one is going off track
A genuine understanding of the fundamentals of PM, including scope, planning, budgets, risk and stakeholder management
Comfortable working alongside Scrum teams day to day and speaking their language
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or similar) is a strong plus. Candidates who have worked as a Scrum Master themselves in a previous role will stand out
Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership as well as working hands on with delivery teams
Clear, confident communicator who can bring structure to ambiguity
Nice to Have
Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar delivery tracking software
Previous experience delivering digital transformation or platform projects
