Head of Product (AI Solutions)

Head of Product opportunity expanding AI product house in Dublin City centre. Our client is part of a multi-national committed to innovation and technology, with operations in over 50 countries. They benefit from data, expertise and IP on a conglomerate scale while operating as an agile startup to create a suite of AI products for large enterprises

Its hybrid working from Dublin City Centre office (2 days / week) and salary guide is up to 125k + 10% bonus + pension + health care
 
Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, with a clear vision on where AI based products are going
• Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
• Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents then drive product development – be the Scrum Master, use Kanban or create a project plan when required to deliver the roadmap.
• Manage product features in competing priorities between customers and geographies to ensure the creation of a standardised product
• Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients
• Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans
• Deliver a monthly volume, revenue and profit forecasts

Experience

• 7+ years of Product Management and Product Delivery/Agile experience
• Experience building products based on AI (ML and Agentic) with substantial AI features
• Exp defining products, prioritising features and getting customer feedback
• Excellent interpersonal skills for leading meetings and delivering presentations as part of sales and marketing engagements and for programme execution.

• Deep understanding of software development methodologies

• Self-motivated, highly organised individual able to work well with across multiple parts of the organisation
