Its hybrid working from Dublin City Centre office (2 days / week) and salary guide is up to 125k + 10% bonus + pension + health care
Responsibilities
Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, with a clear vision on where AI based products are going
Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents then drive product development – be the Scrum Master, use Kanban or create a project plan when required to deliver the roadmap.
Manage product features in competing priorities between customers and geographies to ensure the creation of a standardised product
Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients
Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans
Deliver a monthly volume, revenue and profit forecasts
Experience
7+ years of Product Management and Product Delivery/Agile experience
Experience building products based on AI (ML and Agentic) with substantial AI features
Exp defining products, prioritising features and getting customer feedback
Excellent interpersonal skills for leading meetings and delivering presentations as part of sales and marketing engagements and for programme execution.
Deep understanding of software development methodologies
Self-motivated, highly organised individual able to work well with across multiple parts of the organisation
