Our client is a multinational involved in FMCG and has engaged IT Search to engage experienced Product Mangers with domain experience, the ability to work in South East London on a hybrid basis who are looking to expand their career and experience in working with existing Product Teams and the internal business, managing specific channels and core business strategies.
The role:
This role will work closely between specific Product Teams and internal strategic management to design and execute roadmaps, reporting on various channel performance with personnel responsibility for the team
Utilise technology knowledge and experience to ensure all relevant decisions are trend aware and innovative
Delivery of specific products through to go live including understanding and adapting to IT constraints, budgetary aspects with an eye to cross functional products and related dependencies
Involvement in future projects, from costing and performance estimates through to execution
Requirements:
Educated to degree level in IT or similar preferred
10+ years of Product experience within a multinational environment, preferably FMCG, Food etc.
Specific certifications in Product Management
Track record of working with applications such as PIM, DAM PXM etc, expertise in this area required, how these systems are integrated into complex ERP systems and related issues
Exceptional communication and clear metric reporting skills to board level
Ability to grow and manage teams over years
