Karla covers the PMO, Programme, and Project functions across Tech, Finance, and Business change. Karla is really passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and is a key promoter of Women in Tech.Coming from a retail and hospitality background Karla has perfected the art of developing strong relationships. Karla takes a consultative approach, she is a big believer in partnerships and ensures long-lasting relationships with everyone she collaborates with. She believes the key ingredients to her success include strong communication, quality service, some good aul elbow grease, and a splash of humour.

Karla is passionate about the outdoors and fine dining. If she’s not enjoying a glass of wine in a bougie bar, you’ll find her ticking off another adventure on her bucket list.
