We’re supporting a global financial services organisation in making a key hire for an Agile Lead/Scrum Master to play a central role in shaping and scaling Agile delivery across critical programmes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with engineering teams while also influencing Agile maturity, delivery standards, and ways of working at a broader level.
The Opportunity:
Take ownership of Agile delivery across high-impact, enterprise-scale initiatives
Work directly with engineering, product, and business stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
Influence and evolve Agile practices, driving real, measurable improvements in delivery performance
Act as a coach and mentor, helping teams move towards high-performing, self-organising delivery
Play a key role in navigating complexity within a regulated financial environment
What you’ll be doing:
Leading Scrum ceremonies and ensuring a strong, consistent delivery rhythm
Proactively removing blockers and managing dependencies across teams
Driving continuous improvement across sprint execution, planning, and team collaboration
Coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, mindset, and best practices
Providing transparency across delivery through metrics, insights, and clear communication
What we’re looking for:
Strong background as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Agile Coach
Experience operating in complex, fast-paced environments (financial services, payments, or regulated industries preferred)
Ability to balance hands-on delivery with coaching and strategic influence
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working across technical and non-technical teams
Passion for Agile, team performance, and driving meaningful change
