Technical Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to join a leading multinational company on a permanent basis based in Dublin.

The job:

• Utilize expertise in Solution Architecture and delivery across various domains including Applications, Infrastructure, Integration, Security, and Data.
• Collaborate closely with Business Architects to establish and sustain strategic roadmaps, principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Engage with IT leadership to comprehend, define, and document IT strategy and required IT capabilities, incorporating new capabilities into future state technology architecture aligned with business strategy.
• Maintain the technical architecture framework from business capability to applications to data.
• Ensure project compliance with technical architecture standards.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management to ensure budget and resource allocation align with roadmaps through architecture dependencies and prioritization.
• Cultivate robust relationships with senior stakeholders in business, technology, and change management, serving as a trusted advisor on architecture matters.
• Identify and advocate for cross-business sharing/reuse of application components, rationalization of application portfolios, and integrated architectures.
• Demonstrate awareness or experience in design and delivery across various technologies such as Amazon Connect, CRM platforms (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics), ERP systems (Oracle Fusion/SAP S4/HANA/Workday), Cloud services (Microsoft Azure/AWS/GCP), analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx), workflow automation platforms (ServiceNow/uiPath/Celonis), and Global Risk Compliance (GRC) platforms, alongside a broader understanding of secure design principles, services, controls, and data ETL.

Your experience:

• Lead the development of impactful project proposals, outlining project scope, deliverables, and work plans in detail.
• Proactively support client portfolios under senior-level guidance.
• Contribute to financial management of client engagements.
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Formulate strategies to address complex technical challenges.
• Provide technology assessments to support automation and technology migration initiatives.
• Document and socialize solution designs, conducting review and challenge sessions.
• Lead client, vendor/service provider, and customer communications.
• Possess a broad understanding of all architecture domains with deep knowledge in one or more domains such as application, data, integration, or infrastructure.

Salary:
