SAP Solutions Architect

We are looking for a SAP Solutions Architect for a multinational client on a permanent basis based in Dublin.

The Job:

As a Solution Architect specialized in SAP, your primary focus revolves around functional architecture within Finance and its seamless integration with other modules. Your duties encompass, yet extend beyond:

• Creating S/4 solution blueprints, emphasizing Finance processes, reporting, data, and analytics, and effectively presenting and elucidating these to clients.
• Identifying pivotal design choices in business-driven transformations powered by SAP.
• Articulating how proposed technological solutions can drive business transformation and contribute to the benefits case.
• Proactively aiding in the management of a clientele portfolio, reporting to Partner & Director Level.
• Actively engaging in business development endeavors to pinpoint and explore opportunities within both existing and prospective clients.
• Crafting and specifying integrations of SAP solutions into client systems, adhering to enterprise architecture principles and standards.
• Steering projects to not only meet but surpass client expectations and our own quality benchmarks.
• Influencing clients’ adoption of automation/iRPA.
• Providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision to team members.

Your experience:

• Substantial experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC.
• Proficiency in functional processes across P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A/xP&A, and AM.
• Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and advising on SAP FI/CO, Group Consolidation and reporting, Planning and Forecasting tools such as BPC, IBP, SAC, and Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Understanding of SAP data structures and their integration with BW/DWC.
• Ideally, familiarity with industry solutions such as life sciences, retail, banking/insurance, telecommunications, and agribusiness.
• Experience in integrating SAP with line-of-business solutions like SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.
• Proficiency in leading and motivating technical consultant teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
• Knowledgeable in best practice design with a consultative approach.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and adeptness in building relationships, both internally and with clients.

Salary:
€70K-€100K (Negotiable)
