Our client is a global Financial Institution, with its Dublin base managing acting as European hub for various subsidiaries. They have engaged us to speak to a Senior Architect with a focus on Financial Services related application Architecture and Development. The role:
Join the existing EMEA team at a senior level to bring significant Architecture experience to the team, focusing on highly regulatory aspects of the business platforms
Work across cloud native solutions, API integrations, Microservices and Orchestration
Implementing and improving existing cloud platform (Azure/GCP) architecture
Create complex standard based designs with a keen eye of technical debt
Work across various senior level teams and stakeholders, bringing evidence based decision making and recommendations through reports, regular meetings with technical and non technical audiences
Requirements:
10+ years of hands on commercial experience, at least five at Architect level within a regulated industry
Significant development background (Java, C#) moving towards Cloud Architecture (Azure/GCP)
In-depth knowledge of cloud native microservices, API integration a key requirement
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work 2/3 days per week in Dublin City Centre
