We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to join a large financial services organisation, taking responsibility for both the day-to-day management and ongoing development of its enterprise mobility environment.
This is a varied role combining operational support with engineering and project work, giving you the opportunity to improve how mobile devices and applications are managed, secured and deployed across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and develop the Microsoft Intune environment across iOS, iPadOS and Android devices.
- Design and maintain mobile device and application management policies (MDM/MAM).
- Plan and deliver migrations of devices and applications into Intune.
- Manage corporate and BYOD mobile environments, including device enrolment, compliance and security.
- Work with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO and secure access technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex mobility issues and support escalations.
- Contribute to wider mobility and endpoint engineering projects, automation and service improvements.
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, particularly mobile device and application management.
- Good knowledge of iOS/iPadOS and Android enterprise environments.
- Experience designing enrolment strategies, compliance policies and application deployment solutions.
- Experience planning or delivering device and application migrations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and identity management.
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience would be beneficial.
- Experience within financial services or another large, regulated enterprise environment would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will combine strong operational knowledge with the engineering skills to design solutions, make technical decisions and take ownership of implementation.
