IT Search has partnered with a well-established global technology company with a strong presence in the market. They are currently scaling up their operations with a new and innovative product suite aimed at revolutionizing the IoT and communication sector.
They are looking for a Lead Embedded Software Engineer to drive their embedded software development efforts to the next level. Within this role, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and optimization of firmware for their next-generation IoT products. You will lead a small team of skilled engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality embedded software that meets the stringent requirements of their cutting-edge communication technologies.
What you need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
7+ years of embedded software development experience, with a focus on C programming.
Proven leadership in firmware development, especially in IoT or communication sectors.
In-depth knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS.
Expertise in IoT communication protocols like MQTT, BLE, Zigbee, and LoRa.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring teams.
The expected salary for this role is in the range of €80 – 90K plus wider benefits. You would be expected onsite a few days per month, but this role can primarily be performed remotely.
