We are in search of a dynamic Project Manager to join our clients expanding team. You will take charge of leading implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with technical and sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee project plans, including tasks, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
Keep key stakeholders updated on project status, analysing and proactively addressing constraints or issues.
Ensure the timely delivery of products/projects within budget constraints and with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
Manage project scope, communicate any overruns with clients, and oversee billing in line with project schedules.
Coordinate internal team resources for efficient project delivery.
Collaborate with the Business Analyst to define client solutions, manage workshops, and document specifications.
Clearly articulate project vision and goals, identifying and onboarding key stakeholders.
Host and participate in Project Workshops Onsite with customers as necessary.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to company processes.
Understand customer goals, strategies, and constraints, fostering effective collaboration.
Facilitate a smooth transition from project implementation to support & maintenance.
Support Business Development by contributing to proposals, estimates, and implementation plans.
Participate in a continuous improvement program, actively seeking enhancements to processes, delivery, and customer service.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Software Project Management.
Robust experience in software implementation within a client-facing environment.
Proficient in planning and budget management, with hands-on experience in MS Project.
Track record of managing multiple stakeholders across various locations and time zones.
Exceptional communication skills.
Business knowledge and validation experience in regulated industries.
Experience working with SaaS.
Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
