Infrastructure Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer opportunity with an established business in South Dublin (D16). This will suit an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys working across multiple technologies while taking ownership of projects from design through to delivery.

Due to the nature of the business this is an onsite role (flexibility on start and finish times) with occasional planned out of hours work
 
Responsibilities

• Supporting and enhancing enterprise infrastructure platforms
• Taking ownership of infrastructure projects and technical improvements
• Working across virtualisation, networking, firewalls and cyber security
• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
• Collaborating with vendors and internal technical teams
• Contributing to infrastructure upgrades, migrations and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirement

• 4+ years’ experience in Infrastructure Engineering or Systems Engineering
• Broad enterprise experience across Virtualisation, Networking and Firewalls/Cyber Security
• Deeper technical expertise in at least one infrastructure discipline
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset
