Hiring: Functional Lead – Coprorate Lending
We’re looking for an experienced Functional lead – Corporate Lending with 15+ years of experience in the lending domain. This is a leadership role for someone who truly understands how the corporate lending business works and can confidently engage with senior business users to shape, refine, and challenge requirements where needed.
You’ll lead a team of 8–10 Business Analysts, drive high-quality functional analysis, and act as the key link between business and delivery teams. We need someone with deep expertise in corporate lending processes, requirement management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
Functional Lead role:
- Lead corporate lending requirements
Own and drive the gathering, analysis, and validation of business requirements across corporate lending initiatives.
- Challenge and refine business needs
Work closely with business users and stakeholders to question, clarify, and improve requirements to ensure they are practical, complete, and aligned to business goals.
- Manage and mentor the BA team
Lead a team of 8–10 Business Analysts, providing direction, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high standards of functional analysis.
- Act as the corporate lending SME
Bring strong domain expertise in corporate lending processes, products, and workflows, and guide teams on lending-related decisions and impacts
- Bridge business and delivery teams
Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and project teams to translate requirements into clear functional outcomes that support successful delivery.
