Business Analyst – ServiceNow Implementation
We’re hiring a Business Analyst with hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow projects. You’ll work closely with business teams and technical stakeholders to define requirements, shape processes, and support end-to-end implementation across key ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops to gather and refine requirements across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specs aligned to ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Analyse current-state processes and design future-state workflows that leverage the platform effectively.
  • Work with architects and developers to validate solutions, ensure alignment to requirements, and support configuration decisions.
  • Support testing cycles by reviewing test cases, validating functionality, and assisting business users during UAT.
  • Maintain documentation: BRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, data requirements, configuration notes.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and the ServiceNow delivery team, managing expectations and ensuring clarity throughout the project.
  • Contribute to platform governance, process standardisation, and best-practice use of ServiceNow.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a BA on ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflow design, catalog items, CMDB, and integrations.
  • Ability to map processes, analyse gaps, and propose platform-aligned solutions.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex requirements.
  • Experience delivering in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across IT, operations, and business teams.
