Key Responsibilities:
Business Analyst for Mortgage Remediation Project:
– Manage Business Analyst related responsibilites for Mortgage remediation projects
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

Data Migration: 
Experience managing large data migration processes as part of financial services projects

Stakeholder Collaboration:
– Work closely with internal teams, IT, legal, compliance, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and alignment of business solutions with remediation goals.
– Act as a bridge between different departments to ensure a cohesive and effective remediation process.

Regulatory Compliance:
– Stay informed about relevant regulations affecting business solutions for mortgage remediation.
– Implement business processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project.

Customer Advocacy:
– Prioritize customer satisfaction by proposing business solutions that enhance the overall customer experience during the remediation process.
– Implement strategies to ensure seamless integration of business solutions in customer-centric remediation efforts.

Risk Management:
– Identify potential business-related risks associated with remediation efforts and collaborate on proactive measures to mitigate them.
– Provide regular updates on project status, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies, focusing on business considerations.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a BA with a focus on mortgage remediation projects.
– In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies, processes, and tools.
– Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
– Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
– BA Professional certification.
– Familiarity with mortgage remediation and data migration involved in the same
– Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing business solutions in customer-centric remediation projects.

Compensation:
Day rate depending on experience.
