Bid Manager opportunity with an expanding AI product house based in London, Battersea (SW11) – hybrid working model (3 days onsite)
 
Our client is part of a multi-national committed to innovation and technology, with operations in over 50 countries. They benefit from data, expertise and IP on a conglomerate scale while operating as an agile startup to create a suite of AI products for large enterprises
 
Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor the market for new tenders specifically within the infrastructure and utilities sectors
  • Streamline and automate where possible the bidding process
  • Take full ownership of the proposal process to deliver comprehensive and competitive bids
  • Ensure all proposals comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards
  • Refine bidding processes to incorporate best practices and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the budget for bid preparation and costs are controlled

 
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, tender management for technology solutions
  • Understanding of bid process within regulated industries (semi state, utility, green projects, smart city, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical information and translate into clear and easy to understand communication
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent document writing and creation with an eye for detail
  • Be available for occasional travel both domestically and internationally
