Overview We’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to help shape the next generation of digital and AI-enabled delivery within a fast-moving enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery Leadership
Lead cross-functional Agile teams delivering high-value digital and technology initiatives
Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, delivery tracking, and release coordination
Support teams across Scrum, Kanban, and modern product delivery practices
Remove blockers and improve team flow, predictability, and delivery outcomes
Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and continuously improving delivery culture
AI-Enabled Delivery
Help teams adopt AI-assisted delivery practices to improve productivity and efficiency
Introduce smarter approaches to planning, reporting, testing, and delivery management
Work with teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement
Promote responsible and practical use of AI within delivery environments
Product & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders
Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans and outcomes
Provide clear, data-driven updates and delivery insights to stakeholders
Support modern product-led ways of working across multiple teams
What We’re Looking For
4+ years’ experience in Agile delivery roles such as Delivery Manager, Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead
Strong experience delivering digital, cloud, mobile, or enterprise technology initiatives
Experience working in product-led or cross-functional delivery environments
Practical understanding of AI / Generative AI and how it can improve delivery practices
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tooling
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
