Q: Please provide a brief overview of the business and your role

A: Our company owns and develops software for trading instruments such as futures, options, spreads, stocks, fx, cryptos, etc. with a worldwide user base.  We are headquartered in the United States with offices in India, Germany, and Ireland.  My role is Administrative and Human Resources Staff

Q: Could you share your overall assessment of working IT Search?

A: We primarily worked with Dave Shanahan and had an extremely positive experience.  We were looking to fill multiple positions in two different IT areas for two new companies we had established in Ireland.

Dave presented us with many quality candidates, assisted in the interviewing scheduling, helped with all employees offer negotiations, and was available for us during non-business hours.  Dave went above and beyond to assist us with many questions we had outside candidate presentations such as guidance on Employment Contracts and educating us on Ireland Benefit packages

We could NOT have staffed either of these two companies without him and can’t express in words how grateful we are for his help.

Q: How did the results compare with your expectations?

A: Dave’s results were beyond our expectations.  We tried international recruiting before but was unsuccessful in that prior search.  We optimistically hoped to hire one candidate for each company but was able to hire two extremely skilled candidates in BOTH companies, for a total of 4 hires.

Q: Do you have any suggestions for how we could improve our service?

A: Honestly, Dave’s service was outstanding, and I can’t even think of the smallest area that needed improvement.

Q: If you were to recommend IT Search, what would you say?

A: I highly recommend the services of David Shanahan in IT Search.  Dave is incredibly knowledgeable in the IT Recruiting field.  He is quick to respond, always ready to help, and takes the time to understand client needs.
