Technology Relationship Manager – Financial Services, Dublin 2
Our client is a global Financial Institution, with its Dublin base managing acting as European hub for various subsidiaries. They have engaged us to speak to Technical Leads with experience in managing delivery processes across multiple internal departments ideally within the Banking sector.
The role will be to take ownership of multiple concurrent technology initiatives and stakeholder communication ensuring clarity of requirements and delivery issues.
The role:
- To manage Technical delivery of programs (within the EMEA and Irish offices), liaising with Senior Management to understand and communicate agreed targets, milestones
- Act as primary point of contact across various units, Operations, Regulatory and Legal and individual Delivery and Project Managers
- Create, manage and deliver roadmaps based on agreed business requirements
- Understand and maintain Governance standards cross platform/Enterprise to ensure consistent adherence to Security, Data Protection and Regulatory requirements/Service Level Agreements
- Manage external vendor SLAs where required
- Identify and address opportunities to automate processes to streamline operations
Requirements:
- 8/10 years of commercial post grad experience within Financial Services ideally
- Deep regulatory experience as well as working across functions
- Exposure to Project Management principles (Certifications advantageous)
- Knowledge of broad integration processes, API and Middleware, Deployment pipelines (both Cloud and on prem based)
- Exceptional communication skills will be a given for this role
