Senior Business Analyst – Dynamics

Job Description: Business Analyst (Dynamics ERP Transformation)

Our client is undertaking an exciting transformation with a move to a Dynamics ERP system and is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive this critical project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics ERP implementations and a strong ability to navigate complex requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate smooth transition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Dynamics ERP implementation.
2. Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
3. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project objectives and ensure consistent understanding across teams.
4. Create detailed process maps, functional specifications, and user stories to support the project roadmap.
5. Support the change management process, working with teams to mitigate risks and ensure adoption.
6. Conduct data analysis to verify system outputs and validate data integrity within the new ERP environment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP transformations, with strong knowledge of Dynamics ERP.
2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
4. Experience in change management and process optimization.
5. Strong documentation skills, including creating process flows and technical specifications.

Contract Details:

1. Duration: 6 months (with strong potential for extension)
2. Location: Dublin
3. Start Date: December/January
