The Opportunity
This is a high-visibility role for an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to act as a technical lead within a lean, agile MGA environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Pricing, you will have significant influence over the pricing strategy and the technical roadmap as the business scales its Commercial and Personal Lines portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis: Lead complex analytical workstreams to refine pricing models and enhance risk-based decision frameworks.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for the deployment of sophisticated rating structures, ensuring seamless integration with external vendors.
• Portfolio Insight: Monitor emerging trends and provide deep-dive interpretations of pricing risks to senior stakeholders and capacity providers.
• Mentorship: Act as a technical touchpoint for junior analysts and contribute to the development of the broader pricing capability.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant insurance pricing experience (Actuarial or Non-Actuarial).
• Technical Mastery: Deep experience in rate implementation and post-deployment monitoring.
• Tooling: Proficiency in WTW Radar / Radar Live is highly desirable. Experience with GLM modelling (Emblem) or data science tools (Python/R) is a significant advantage.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and contribute to high-level commercial discussions.
