Senior Informatica (IDMC) Engineer – South Dublin/Remote Hybrid
Our client is a leading provider of specialised Data Solutions, working closely with multinational firms across to Europe to develop and manage their various platforms on an ongoing basis. They have partnered with IT Search to engage a Senior Informatica Engineer to work alongside my client’s team on local and European data, AI and cloud projects. This is a permanent position working hybrid with visits to the South Dublin office required weekly.
The Role:
- Partner with existing clients on their cloud projects, focusing on Data Governance
- Build and maintain Data Governance Models
- Utilise experience in IDMC
- Auditing Cloud Quality especially related to AI processes
- Additional work in Intelligent Data Management where required
Requirements:
- 7+ years of general Business Intelligence and Datawarehouse maintenance/design
- Hands on commercial experience in Intelligent Data Management Cloud
- Specific experience in Cloud Data Quality and Cloud Governance and Catalog (CDGC)
- Relevant Certifications (CDGC/CDQ) a bonus
- Informatica ETL experience and data modelling knowledge
- Level of comfort working on various databases including Oracle, MySQL and Teradata
- Cloud based Datawarehousing ideal as well as experience in any Big Data technology
- Background in object oriented development a bonus
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
