Senior Fullstack Engineer | 4 Day Week Dublin City Centre Up to €90K p/a + benefits

Completely new to the Irish market and an advocate of the 4-day work week.
This is a fintech startup hiring multiple fullstack engineers, it’s a fairly small tech team at the moment… big plans to scale throughout 2024. This is a genuine fullstack role, completely greenfield, building/designing backends & frontends from scratch, and hopefully adding your ideas/advice to the overall technical direction of the product. A senior engineer who has been there and done it in a similar environment, with a similar level of responsibility would be ideal. As a business, they’re heavily backed and the founders have already built multiple businesses in the past.
Initially, we’ll want people who can work onsite (Dublin City Centre) for the 4 days… this will likely change as the team grows however.
The person:
5+ years’ experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
Excellent frontend & design capabilities (React).
Java/Spring Boot experience.
Exposure to cloud technologies.
A creative “ideas” person.
Excellent communicator, able to work closely with the other engineers.
