Scrum Master

Scrum Master – Banking – Dublin
Location: Hybrid, 3 days on-site in Dublin
Contract: 6 months (strong likelihood of extension)
Day Rate: Competitive, DOE

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a leading multinational banking client in Dublin. This role sits within the EMEA Regulatory Finance technology team, which delivers strategic solutions and supports business users across Europe, in close collaboration with global technology teams. You will oversee one or more Scrum teams, driving the delivery of critical regulatory and finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and optimise Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and quarterly planning.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver best-in-class finance risk management solutions.
• Manage delivery artefacts including daily radiators, capacity planning, and progress tracking.
• Mentor and guide teams on Agile best practice, fostering continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Proven experience leading Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies in large, complex projects.
• Track record of working effectively in a global, multi–time zone environment.
