Sales representative – German speaking
required for our client, a prestigious global designer and producer of luxury products.
This is a permanent role, hybrid work structure in Dublin city centre.
Responsibilities:
- Provide luxury, friendly and professional service via live chat, emails on customer enquiries, payment and invoicing issues
- Identify sales opportunities including up-selling and cross-selling
- Convert business opportunities into successful sales
- Listening attentively to the clients’ needs, identifying the route cause and bring to the final resolution
- Identify and challenge negative effects on the customer experience prior to new launches , promotions
- Occasional Saturday shifts (every 4-5 weeks)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Interest and passion for luxury products
- Strong communication skills
- Patient and empathetic
- Fluent in English and German
Remuneration:
- Base salary up to €39K p.a. + strong commission plan
- 25 days of AL +2 company days, Healthcare insurance
- Hybrid structure with flexibility
