Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a multi-year digital transformation programme within a leading health-technology organisation. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology initiatives that modernise core systems, enhance patient/clinician experiences, and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple transformation projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline targets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with the CTO, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations) to align project goals with business objectives.
Governance & Reporting: Establish PMO standards, track KPIs, manage risk logs, and provide transparent updates to executive stakeholders.
Health-Tech Focus: Oversee projects that integrate electronic health records (EHR), patient portals, data analytics, and other digital health solutions while adhering to privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage third-party technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless integration with internal systems.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years’ project or programme management experience, ideally in digital transformation or large-scale technology change.
Strong background in healthcare, med-tech, or health-IT environments.
Proven success managing cross-functional teams in Agile/Hybrid environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are a plus.
Desired Skills
Deep understanding of cloud platforms, data interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR), and cybersecurity best practices in healthcare.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
