THE COMPANYWe’re working with a leading professional services organisation that is expanding its Financial Services transformation practice. They are seeking a senior Programme Manager to lead large-scale business change across banking and insurance clients.
This is a leadership role for someone who can operate at executive level, own delivery end-to-end, and drive complex transformation across business, technology and regulatory programmes.
What you’ll do:
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from strategy through to delivery
- Own governance, budget, risk, quality and outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Direct PMO teams, workstream leads and delivery managers
- Manage commercial performance and programme financials
- Shape and deliver solutions across business, technology, people and risk
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years’ experience delivering major transformation within Financial Services
- Proven track record as a senior Programme Manager / Delivery Lead
- Strong C-suite stakeholder management and commercial acumen
- Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Accreditation in programme or project delivery (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe, etc.)
