IT Service Delivery Engineer – Dublin 15 – 4/5 days per week onsite
 
My client, a well established firm in Dublin 15 specialising in niche services within Payment processing, automation and online digital cards has engaged IT Search to speak to a junior to mid level Engineer looking to progress their career with a firm that consistently promotes from within.
 
The role is to work closely with internal management and external clients (often meeting onsite) to ensure smooth transactions and understanding of processes for all concerned. This one will suit a candidate towards the start of their career who has a passion for customer service and Service Delivery as well as the motivation to innovate systems once understood.
 
The role:

• Understand agreed Service Level Agreements, monitor and address delivery issues
• Work with Delivery Teams and Project Managers to coordinate multiple client delivery targets, document processes and over time, identify and execute areas of delivery
• Become part of the Project Management team to understand scheduling of tasks, reporting and dashboard management (using tools such as Jira/MS Project)
• Take responsibility for following up agreed items and coordinating internal and external meetings
• Working directly with clients to ensure clarity on agreed delivery, anticipating and addressing ad hoc issues as they arise that may affect quality

 
Requirements:

• 2 year of post grad experience (ideally Business or IT Degree)
• Exceptional communication and personal skills
• Attitude of learning, innovation and the ability to work with multiple teams of people
• Experience in payment processing, online cards, project coordination or Operations (IT) an advantage
• High level of competence on scheduling tools such as Excel, MS Project, Jira etc. as well as knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI or similar for reporting and analysis
• Exposure to ITIL practices will be welcome as well as specific certifications in Agile, Prince etc.
