HubSpot Administrator – South Dublin (onsite/WFH hybrid)
IT Search has been engaged by a national leader in publishing to speak to a HubSpot Administrator/Specialist to manage, improve and develop their bespoke HubSpot CRM systems to support and streamline various processes including Support, Sales and Marketing and more.
The role will suit a candidate who has at least four years of working on a hands on basis with CRM systems, preferably a power user of HubSpot and a keen sense of ownership of their systems.
The role:
- Maintain and improve the existing CRM Platform including customisation
- Create comprehensive sales pipelines, ensuring high levels of hygiene and quality
- Build out new modules and databases to create subsets of existing and new information
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure ongoing high quality customer communication
- Train colleagues where required to help to attain maximum usage of systems including usage definitions, best practice and allowing Sales team to plan engagement transparently
Requirements:
- Experience of managing and owning CRM Systems
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, supporting multiple teams
- Track record of data and lifecycle structures and management
- Ability to turn ideas into actionable processes
This is a permanent position based in South Dublin that requires three days per week onsite, candidates must live within commutable distance.
