Head of Front Office Application Support opportunity with global investment business based in Dublin 2. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days a week in-office
Responsibilities
- Direct line management of Front Office and Client Service Support team (c15 people) providing technical support on in-house front office systems used for internal and externally for investments and trading.
- Oversee full cycle production issues from initial contact through to resolution, including root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with development teams on complex issues and system enhancement
- Analyze business requirements to advise on the best use of applications and systems
Requirements
- 5+ years experience within the Investment / Asset Management industry, is essential
- Commercial experience in Investment / Asset Management industry including experience with Front Office applications
- Line management experience of technical teams 10 – 20 people
- Previous customer facing technical support experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence (desirable)
Remuneration
- 90-100K starting salary
- 15-20% performance bonus
