Head of Delivery

Senior Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery opportunity expanding AI product house in Dublin City centre. Our client is part of a multi-national committed to innovation and technology, with operations in over 50 countries. They benefit from data, expertise and IP on a conglomerate scale while operating as an agile startup to create a suite of AI products for large enterprises

Its hybrid working from Dublin City Centre office (2 days / week) and salary guide is c120k + 10% bonus + pension + health care
 
Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, services and product implementations for multiple enterprise clients

• Manage the resource pool between projects, skills and new hires
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires

• Propose improvements to methodology and processes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to identify and raise issues that might put delivery dates at risk or that can impact other projects..

• Manage the profitability of project delivery to ensure that we deliver on time and within the agreed budget

• Build a process to connect sales with delivery

 
Experience

• 3+ years of experience as delivery manager or program manager, managing concurrent projects for different customers
• 5 years in data and infrastructure projects
• Experience in AI implementation projects (machine learning, gen AI…)
• Have stablished a delivery, PLO or program management from a scratch or in a growing organisation
• Consulting experience delivering projects with teams of 20+ people
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies
• Great communicator
