Change Analyst (Contract)
Location: Dublin / Hybrid Duration: 6 Months (Strong likelihood of extension)
Rate: Competitive Day Rate (DOE)

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Change Analyst for a high-priority 6-month contract. In this role, you will be embedded within a specific client organization to support a major transformation program. We are looking for a “generalist” change professional—someone who can navigate different business functions, from HR and Finance to Operations, ensuring seamless transitions and high user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Change Analyst, you will be responsible for the “feet on the ground” execution of the change management plan within the client site.

  • Impact Assessment: Map out how upcoming changes (system, process, or cultural) will affect specific teams and document the “To-Be” state.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify key influencers and blockers within the business; facilitate meetings to ensure all voices are heard and managed.
  • Communication Delivery: Develop and execute tailored communication plans to ensure the right message reaches the right people at the right time.
  • Training & Readiness: Support the design and delivery of training programs, ensuring staff are equipped with the skills needed for the new way of working.
  • Adoption Monitoring: Use surveys, feedback loops, and KPIs to track how well the change is “sticking” and suggest interventions where needed.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Change Toolkit: Proven experience using standard change management tools (e.g., Change Impact Assessments, Readiness Surveys, Stakeholder Matrices).
  • Adaptability: A “generalist” background with the ability to quickly understand a new sector’s language, challenges, and organizational structure.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills—you can take complex project updates and make them simple and engaging.
  • Project Familiarity: Experience working alongside Project Managers in Agile or Waterfall environments (knowledge of Jira/Confluence is a plus).
  • Professional Presence: Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior management.
