Responsibilities:

  • Utilising your expertise in structured problem-solving, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to optimise business operations for clients.
  • Engaging with senior client stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and governance sessions to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Managing projects throughout their lifecycle – from developing business cases to executing and closing them.
  • Tapping into a global network of experts to create innovative solutions, while also benefiting from specialised operations training and development.
  • Profound understanding of essential business operations, including strategy formulation, operating model design, lean process enhancement, and agile transformations.
  • Remarkable problem-solving skills encompassing logical analysis and creative thinking.
  • Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis and data-driven solutions.
  • Effective communication of intricate concepts, both verbally and in writing.
  • Mentor junior colleagues

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years experience
  • Strong academic background with a relevant degree
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis, presentations, process mapping, and requirement gathering.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
  • Preferred experience or certification in agile design methodologies.

On Offer:

  • Salary DOE 55,000 – 80,000 DOE
