Business Systems Analyst – Integration, Process & Automation

The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst – Integration, Process & Automation to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to exceeding the expectations of healthcare partners and patients.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Technology & Information Systems to drive process improvement and automation initiatives. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that scalability and efficiency are baked into the heart of the organisation’s digital infrastructure.
The Role
You will analyse end-to-end business processes across multiple systems, identifying opportunities to streamline operations through integration and automation. This is a pivotal position that requires understanding both the “why” and the “how” of business change, ensuring all requirements are delivery-ready and aligned with global objectives across the UK, Ireland, and the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & Design: Elicit, document, and prioritise process and integration requirements. Design future-state processes with “automation by default.”
- Integration Mapping: Identify system touchpoints and dependencies across ERP, CRM, and related platforms, defining data flows, triggers, and error handling.
- Documentation: Create high-quality process maps, flow diagrams, and functional requirements.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between business units and the Technology/IS teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and risks in current workflows, proposing optimised, automated solutions.
- Reporting: Provide expert guidance to business users and maintain weekly RAG status reporting for management.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a Business Systems Analyst role (or similar), with a proven track record of working across multiple integrated systems.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Savvy: Experience with ERP/CRM platforms, workflow automation software, and event-based automation.
- Integration Knowledge: Exposure to system integration approaches such as APIs, middleware, or iPaaS.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate complex business rules into structured technical requirements.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple priorities and a willingness to travel within the UK and EU as required.
