Application Support Analyst (O365)

Application Support Analyst (O365) required for our client based in Dublin 2 (public sector)
 
This is a full time position with hybrid work structure 2 days a week on site
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide technical support to users within the organisation, and to external clients
  • Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues, including connectivity and mobility
  • Resolving or escalating to 3rd parties where needed, and identifying and managing problem tickets.
  • Promote user adoption through application support and end-user training;
  • Maintain technical support relationships with suppliers to ensure services are provided effectively.
  • Deliver application and customised training to users within the business.

 
Requirements:
 

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in supporting enterprise applications, including leading or supporting upgrades
  • Strong knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft o Office 365
