We’re hiring an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional product teams and embed AI-driven ways of working across delivery.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role — you’ll be driving outcomes, coaching teams, and actively using AI tools to improve planning, reporting, quality and throughput.
What you’ll be doing
Leading iterative, value-driven delivery across complex initiatives, partnering with Product to shape backlogs and realise business value. You’ll embed AI into everyday delivery practices — estimation, tracking, testing — and build the kind of high-performing, self-organising teams that don’t need micromanaging.
Stakeholder engagement is a big part of this. You’ll be the person translating delivery complexity into clear, insight-driven updates for senior audiences and keeping everyone aligned.
What we’re looking for
7+ years in Agile delivery roles (PM, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master), solid experience across Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, and genuine hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI tools in a delivery context. Strong data literacy, Jira/Confluence experience, and the ability to influence without authority. Agile certification (Scrum, SAFe or equivalent) expected.
