AI Delivery Manager required for well know brand in the Irish market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to define and execute the multi-year AI strategy for the business
This is hybrid working (2-3 days / week) onsite in Cork
Responsibilities
- Help shape the AI vision, setting priorities, and ensuring business value
- Managing AI implementations, resources, timelines, and budgets
- Lead, manage and scale cross-functional teams
- Drive change management and adoption strategies
- AI innovation – staying ahead of industry trends and evaluating emerging technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing and scaling tech teams or Architect level working on enterprise solutions
- Hands on experience with end‑to‑end AI or LLM delivery at enterprise scale
- Experience in AI strategic planning and roadmap development
- Good understanding of IT architecture methodologies and compliance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- MSC (or equivalent) in AI is desirable
