Senior Java Developers and Java Tech Lead
We have 3 open positions for Senior Java Developers and a Tech lead to join a global, lean-agile team supporting a payments platform. This role focuses on the design and hands-on delivery of secure, high-performance software for global financial systems.
*6 month contract expected to roll/extend
*3 days onsite in Dublin location
*Daily rate: 550-700 per day depending on experience level
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert-level Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Deep experience with Microservices and Event-Driven systems (Kafka, MQ).
- Proficiency in Oracle (12c-23ai), MongoDB, and Redis.
- Strong REST API design, JBoss, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Proficiency with CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven), JUnit/Mockito, and SonarQube.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and AI-assisted development (Copilot).
Domain Expertise
- Payments: Understanding of ISO Payments message formats and high-throughput financial platforms is preferred
- Observability: Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace is preferred
