We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a large, business-critical workstream within a major multi-year regulatory change programme in the EU. The role involves partnering with Technology, Operations, Front Office, and external vendors to define scope, assess impact, and manage delivery timelines in preparation for go-live.

You will be responsible for coordinating across multiple regions, ensuring governance standards are adhered to, maintaining a RAID log, producing regular reporting, and engaging with senior stakeholders (including SteerCo and OpCo forums).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to capture and document current and future processes and requirements.
  • Work with Front and Back Office teams to design and agree future processes, controls, and metrics.
  • Manage and deliver both regional and global deliverables within the programme.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Operations, and Technology to secure requirements, approvals, and integration into the overall delivery plan.
  • Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution to protect go-live milestones.
  • Produce management information and progress updates for senior leadership.
  • Prepare decks, maintain meeting minutes, and track actions to drive accountability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering large, complex, multi-year change programmes within Financial Services.
  • Skilled in documenting requirements, managing delivery plans, RAIDs, and presenting to senior/executive stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Global Markets, ideally with Operations exposure.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Able to operate under pressure, work independently, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of an organisation, including clients.
