We are seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a large-scale IT Transformation programme with one of our key manufacturing clients. This contract role requires a proven track record in managing complex transformation initiatives, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery of a major IT Transformation programme, ensuring alignment to business goals.
• Lead operating model design and implementation to support new ways of working.
• Oversee programme governance, planning, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• Ensure successful change adoption, minimising disruption and embedding long-term benefits.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience delivering IT Transformation programmes, ideally in manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong background in operating model change and business process transformation.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and senior-level communications.
• Track record of delivering programmes to scope, budget, and timelines in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
