Overview
Our client, a global leader in enterprise transformation and digital innovation, is seeking a Senior QA Manager with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA delivery. This role offers the opportunity to define and implement quality assurance strategies for large-scale SAP programmes while leading multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end QA strategy and delivery across complex, high-impact SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and risk across quality assurance functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their business and industry landscape.
• Lead QA process design, including tooling, environment planning, and team structure across projects.
• Drive scoping and prioritisation sessions for large project changes, engaging senior business stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of major UAT test events and ongoing quality evaluations.
• Support capability assessments, audits, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to delivery models and support pre-sales engagements where required.

 
Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• ISTQB Advanced certification.
• Project Management qualification.
• Proven track record delivering QA for SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA programmes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in large-scale transformation environments.

 
Desirable Skills

• Additional qualifications in Quality Assurance or ITIL.
• Management or leadership certification.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
