Cyber Security Awareness and Training Lead

For your client, an Irish company based in Dublin we are seeking a Cyber Security Awareness and Training Lead

It is an initial 12m contract role with a view to become permanent

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a Cyber Security Training & Awareness framework that aligns with risk and regulatory landscape.
• Define and implement annual training and awareness plans for the employees.
• Create and deliver up-to-date training content, including e-learning modules, workshops, phishing simulations, and in-person sessions.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, surveys etc.
• Develop and deliver custom training to address the groups specific business needs and common attack methods used to target those groups.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in Data Protection, IT, HR, etc. to align training initiatives.
• Ensure that the training and awareness framework is aligned with relevant frameworks, standards and regulations (e.g., NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk management, Cybersecurity (or a related field)
• 5+ years of experience in cyber security training and awareness
• People / Relationship focused with strong understanding of the importance of graphic design in training and awareness campaigns
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training tools.
• Strong understanding of cyber security training and awareness principles, leading practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus

Salary: €80K p.a.+ benefits
