Strategy & Transformation Director

THE COMPANYOur client is a Global Client based in the heart of Dublin. Due to an exceptional year in 2025, we have an opportunity for a Director of Strategy & Transformation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering consumer market strategies and programmes of work.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Preparing consumer strategies at a high level with the leadership team
• Focus on existing consumer good clients and market go lives
• Developing strong relationships with chief executives and transformation teams
• Working with an existing team of transformation team members
• Working with new clients and providing a strategy to deliver across the market
• Mentoring junior members of the team and working closely with senior members
• Provide insights to the CTO and Global Leadership Team on consumer markets

 
The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record working at Director and senior management
• Experience working with consumer markets and clients
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client skills
• Proven track record delivering strategies and transformation programmes
