Project Manager – Health Tech

We’re on the lookout for a skilled client facing Project Manager, focused on delivery. Collaboration with clients within the health sector, ensuring successful project delivery while advocating for agile working practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end to end project delivery using agile methodologies, acting as an agile project manager
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective management of project deliverables regarding time, cost, and quality.
• Lead or support the design and implementation of agile operating models and Agile Project Management Offices.
• Manage project plans, logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and budgets efficiently.
• Conduct business process design, testing, and end-user training involving various stakeholders.
• Provide client-facing support in generating innovative insights and solutions to meet client requirements.
• Assist in client account management activities including recruitment, financial management, quality, and risk management.
• Foster valuable relationships with clients and colleagues to identify new business opportunities.

Experience:

• 4+ years’ experience in client facing project management 
• Adept in managing large-scale projects, programmes, and transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
• PRINCE2 or PMP
• Multidisciplinary experience including project management, business process design, testing, and end-user training is desirable.
• Health Sector / Clinical Experience desirable
