Our client is involved in Financial Services and require an Azure or GCP DevOps engineer to execute various architectural plans as they migrate from on prem to various cloud providers.
The role
Design and execute GCP and Azure Infrastructure
Take responsibility for Pipelines (CI/CD) and aspects of Infrastructure as Code
Utilising IaC tools to automate configuration (Ansible, Terraform etc)
Ongoing review of performance and acting as a senior team member, mentoring more junior members etc
Requirements
6+ years of post grad commercial experience
Certifications in Azure (e.g. Solutions Architect) and or GCP Cloud will be ideal
Knowledge of IaC and CI/CD tools, Observability and comfort with Kubernetes/Docker
Excellent communication skills required
