Technical Support Analyst (Financial Trading)

Our exclusive Client is a provides a marketing leading trading platform designed for financial markets, which providing real-time data and order execution for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
 
Our Client is has just recently opened a new Dublin office and is seeking Customer Support Analyst to provide high-quality technical and functional support to clients using its financial trading and market connectivity solutions.
 
Initial training period of 2-3 weeks would require onsite 5 days after which the role can be primarily remote with occasional visits to the Dublin office as needed (once every 2 weeks for example)
 
Responsibilities:

  • Provide Customer technical and functional support for trading and market connectivity platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues related to software, trading infrastructure, and market data.
  • Work closely with internal teams (development and operations) to escalate and resolve critical issues.
  • Monitor trading systems for performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Familiarity with Jira a plus.

 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in financial technology or trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, financial markets, and exchange connectivity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
